01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "bu44" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the bu44 platform operating at bu44.io, including its operators, affiliates, and service providers.
• "Platform" — the bu44.io website, all associated subdomains, web applications, and any other digital interface through which bu44 services are accessed.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — any individual who registers a bu44 account or accesses the Platform.
• "Account" — a registered player account on bu44.io, uniquely associated with a verified individual identity.
• "Wallet Balance" — the real-money funds held within a player's bu44 account denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits issued to a player's account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming market offered through the Platform.
• "Terms" — these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all Platform operations and time-sensitive provisions.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the bu44 Platform is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
2. You must be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
3. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, including but not limited to jurisdictions where offshore betting platforms are specifically banned by statute.
4. You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of bu44 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether through bu44's own responsible gaming tools or through any external self-exclusion programme.
6. You must not have had a bu44 account previously suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the real-money features of the bu44 Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one bu44 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Bu44 will suspend all accounts associated with a multi-account violation and may void any outstanding wagers and forfeit any wallet balance associated with the duplicate accounts at its sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bu44 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Bu44 may require identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a significant change in account activity, or as required for compliance purposes. Requested documents may include a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Bu44 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until verification is completed to its satisfaction.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Bu44 currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Bu44 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges independently.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account status. Bu44 reserves the right to impose additional deposit restrictions on individual accounts where responsible gaming considerations apply or where unusual deposit patterns are identified.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours and are typically credited to the designated payment method within 10 to 30 minutes for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. Card withdrawals are subject to card-network processing timelines.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals of real-money (non-bonus) funds that have not been used to claim a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements. However, bu44 may require identity verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if the account is under review for suspicious activity, if the source of funds is unclear, or if the account has an open responsible gaming restriction.

4.5 Prohibited Payment Practices

Players must not use payment methods that are not registered in their own name. Processing deposits or withdrawals on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. 05 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on bu44 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Odds quoted at the time a bet is accepted constitute the odds applicable to that wager. In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance; bu44 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bu44 is not responsible for telecommunications or connectivity failures that may affect a player's ability to place or modify a live bet.

5.2 Void and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or officially declared void before the minimum required period of play is completed, all bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet balance. 5.3 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino games available through the bu44 Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, live video streaming from regulated studio environments operated by providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is provided by the software provider and is available within the game interface. Bu44 does not alter or manipulate the RNG outputs of any game.

5.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to a game freezing, disconnection, or display error — bu44 will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last verifiable state. Bets placed during a period of technical error may be voided at bu44's discretion. Winnings generated as a direct result of a manifest technical error are not valid and will not be paid.

5.5 Maximum Win Limits

Bu44 reserves the right to apply maximum win limits to any individual wager or gaming session. These limits may vary by game type, market, and account status. Players will be notified of applicable limits within the relevant game or betting market interface. Bu44's maximum win liability in any single event or game round is ৳10,000,000 (BDT) unless a lower limit is specified within the relevant product.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by bu44 are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional offer-specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x) will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the offer terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bu44 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies designed exclusively to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, withdrawing deposits immediately after claiming a bonus without meeting wagering conditions, and co-ordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Any account identified as engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus funds forfeited and may be suspended.

6.4 Bu44's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

Bu44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has partially met its conditions, any unconverted bonus funds will be removed from the account. Bu44 is not liable for any loss arising from the modification or withdrawal of a promotional offer.

07 Responsible Gaming

Bu44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its player base. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible by any registered player through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.

08 Prohibited Conduct

1. Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
2. Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
3. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or the identity verification process.
4. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
5. Attempting to hack, probe, scan, or otherwise test the Platform's security systems without explicit written authorisation from bu44.
6. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with casino games, or harvest data from the Platform.
7. Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that exploits non-public information to gain an improper advantage on betting markets.
8. Using the Platform to launder money, finance criminal activity, or circumvent financial regulations.
9. Threatening, harassing, or abusing bu44 staff or support agents.
10. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content, software, or intellectual property belonging to the bu44 Platform.

09 Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, software, source code, databases, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the bu44 Platform are the exclusive property of bu44 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants players any licence to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any bu44 intellectual property for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

Game titles, branding, audio-visual content, and related assets provided by third-party software providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remain the intellectual property of those respective providers and are used by bu44 under licence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bu44 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity — even if bu44 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Bu44's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to bu44 in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bu44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Bu44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from telecommunications failures, internet outages, or events outside its reasonable control.

11 Account Termination

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your bu44 account at any time by contacting live chat support. Upon account closure, any real-money wallet balance (net of bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of identity verification if not previously completed.

11.2 Termination by Bu44

Bu44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, provision of false identity information, suspected money laundering, multi-account operation, bonus abuse, or any conduct that bu44 reasonably believes exposes the Platform to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for cause, bu44 may withhold any wallet balance pending investigation. Where a breach is established, bu44 reserves the right to void all outstanding wagers and forfeit the wallet balance in full. Where termination results from responsible gaming self-exclusion rather than a breach, the real-money balance will be returned to the player upon expiry of the exclusion period.

12 Amendments

Bu44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bu44 will notify registered players via the email address or contact method associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect — except where changes are required by legal or regulatory obligation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1 above.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bu44 is incorporated and licensed as an offshore gaming operator. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bu44's internal complaints process shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

Bu44 operates as an offshore platform. Players in Bangladesh and other jurisdictions access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws and regulations. Bu44 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside its licensing territory.
